Maximum DPS of a weapon should take the weapon's highest accuracy in account, else it's just plain misleading. The minigun for example has max. 50% for a reason, else its dps would be too strong, but people see the absurdly high max. DPS number and will go like 'DAMN SO STRONG' which is not the case.
Also I talked with theaetetus about this on IRC and he agrees with me.
