Global Work Speed is a stat: A multiplier on someone's speed at doing any work. Its default value is 100%.
Trait modifiers and gear modifiers are applied first, then the multiplier for mood is applied.

- Very neurotic: +40%
- Industrious: +35%
- Hard Worker: +20%
- Neurotic: +20%
- Lazy: -20%
- Slothful: -35%
- Gear:
- Parka: -20%
- Power Armor: -10%

- Mood:
- Mood provides a work speed buff or penalty -- the strength of which depending on which part of the scale the Pawn is in, adjusted proportionally to where they fall in the range.
- Bonus: 100% to 60% Mood = 120% to 100% multiplier
- Normal: 60% - 45% Mood = 100% -- no bonus or penalty
- Penalty: 45% - 0% Mood = 100% to 75% multiplier
