Clothes are mostly for covering up your colonists nudity. They offer little in the way of protection.
Basic Shirt:
A basic T-shirt. (Damage absorption: +3%)
Button-down shirt
A nice looking collared shirt with buttons. (Damage absorption: +3%)
Tribal wear:
A garment crafted directly from animal skins using neolithic tools. (Damage absorption: +3%)
Jacket:
