Because it says it's for any material (because it's called '/Material'), but the one who made the table actually got the sell values for the weapons made from Steel. So it's Value/Steel. Needs better thinking over.
Also it doesn't even include for how much you could have sold the materials you made the weapon from. So in case of Steel, a Gladius is 50 steel so that's worth 100 silver, so you should really subtract that from the 180 silver value of a Steel Gladius too.
What a mess.
