Global Work Speed is a stat: A multiplier on someone's speed at doing any work. Its default value is 100%.

Trait modifiers and gear modifiers are applied first, then the multiplier for mood is applied.

  • Traits:
    • Very neurotic: +40%
    • Industrious: +35%
    • Hard Worker: +20%
    • Neurotic: +20%
    • Lazy: -20%
    • Slothful: -35%

    • Mood provides a work speed buff or penalty -- the strength of which depending on which part of the scale the Pawn is in, adjusted proportionally to where they fall in the range.
    • Bonus: 100% to 60% Mood = 120% to 100% multiplier
    • Normal: 60% - 45% Mood = 100% -- no bonus or penalty
    • Penalty: 45% - 0% Mood = 100% to 75% multiplier
