Since global animal stats have been altered in 1.3.3066, someone will have to crawl through every page mentioning an animal and change the stats.

At almost 7,000 words, this beast is a freshman college term paper. I suggest taking the entire "Animal Husbandry" section (which is a little about strategy, less about pure game mechanics) and creating its own article. That would cut the size ~about~ in half (AH looks actually ~about~ 3/5 the total). Yes, they are directly related, but so is most of the game - lots of inter-links will solve any problems there, and as Editors, we have to draw distinctions to make/keep things manageable, and readable for the (below-)average reader (I'm thinking non-native, among others). This is an overwhelming amount of info on one page, a true WoT, with all the negatives that come with that acronym.
