Melee Hit Chance is a stat: Base chance to hit a target in melee. Its minimum allowed value is 1%. Its default value is 100%.
Factors
- Melee:
- Sight: 12x importance, no allowed defect. 150% limit
- Manipulation: 12x importance, no allowed defect. 150% limit
- Traits
- Brawler: +75%
