Addictiveness is a stat: How addictive a drug is. Its default value is 100%. Addictiveness is displayed as a chance from 0 to 1 (100%) for a single dose, before any other effects, to addict a pawn consuming it.
Some drugs require the user to have a minimum tolerance to addict. Also note that actual chance of addiction scales with the current tolerance. See Addiction for futher details.
