Shambler swarm animals

Shambler Swarm Animals is a major threat from the Anomaly DLC. Shambler Swarm Animals can occur with a level 1 monolith or higher.
Summary
A group of Shambler animals will appear nearby and wander across the map. Their behavior will emulate other non-initially aggressive Shamblers and not manhunter packs. Some Chimeras may be mixed in with the Shambler Animal swarm.
