Apparel layers

There's different layers of gear. You can't wear a duster on top of your powered armor for example, since they share the same layer. At the moment, you can only wear one piece of clothing or armor on a single layer.

Currently, the layers are as follows:

Head Layers

• Overhead (eg. Hats, helmets)
• Fullhead (eg. the Powered Armor Helmet)

Torso Layers

• OnSkin (eg. Shirts)
• Middle (eg. Body armor)
• Shell (eg. Dusters, Jackets)
