Defoliator

Defoliators can refer to two similar enemy structures that slowly kill all plants in an expanding radius:
- Defoliator ship - the crashed ship part that can fall onto your map. Typically guarded by sleeping mechanoids
- Defoliator - a condition causer building typically seen dropping as part of mechanoid clusters
