Addictiveness is a stat: How addictive a drug is. Its default value is 100%. Addictiveness is displayed as a chance from 0 to 1 (100%) for a single dose, before any other effects, to addict a pawn consuming it. This only applies if the user has a tolerance above the "new addiction min tolerance", after taking the drug. Note that actual chance of addiction scales with the current tolerance. See Addiction for futher details.
