I think there is a template for it, it's just not used very much. In general, there isn't a lot of content that gets removed each alpha. One of the only things I can remember is the Blasting charge, which got removed and turned into an official mod given it was kinda OP. Otherwise, there isn't that much content that's getting removed.

The pages I delete are usually remains of a translation plugin. It didn't work, but those pages are still around.
