Psychoid pekoe is a drug made using psychoid leaves.
Crafting
It is made with 4 psychoid leaves at a crafting spot. It does not require research.
Comparison
It is not as cost-efficient as flake, whcih requires the same materials to make but is more potent. However, the lack of a research requirement makes it good for starting off, especially for tribes.
