Detects the current day and displays a new tips from the loading screens. As there are fewer than 365 tips, it cycles through them ever 85 days, and the cycle repeats when the year ends.
For testing purposes, it also allows the input of a number parameter to display the relevant day's tip.
Prestige armor and eltex apparel will also satisfy the apparel requirements of royal titles.
