Module talk:Ustring

For anyone wondering: This module won't work as it does in Wikipedia due to needing the module 'strict'. However, using said module requires the extension scribunto (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Scribunto) to be from a recent version. I have no idea if this wiki even uses that, and I definitely have no permissions to mess with that (nor real knowledge on the specifics, for that matter).

As such, I'll convert this module to an earlier version that used Module:No globals and see if that works.
