Obelisks are advanced entities from the Anomaly DLC that can be activated for different effects on colonists. Obelisks gradually gain activity over time, and if damaged, and will activate their effects on their own if they are allowed to reach a 100% activity level. The only way to prevent this is to have a warden suppress the obelisk.
There are three obelisks in the game:
Destruction[edit]
All obelisks have 3,000 HP. They can be destroyed with high-explosive shells, 2 ancient mining charges
or a diabolus'
cannon. If those are not available, it is still possible to destroy the obelisk. See the individual obelisk pages for more information.
