Too late, I did it yesterday. :)

I created the page and called it Ailments, but I'm not really attached to that name, so do whatever you like with it. In my head, "health conditions" is the umbrella category; it contains injuries (stab wound), diseases (flu/infection), and ailments (cataracts/food poisoning/etc) or whatever we're calling it. Hopefully we can find some convention that matches the game files and makes sense to a casual reader--I'd argue that if someone's deep in the source code, they don't need our help.
