I guess it's always better to have 2 pages than one. This page was probably changed to a redirect for wiki consistency to move the page to "Power conduit", and because the page got moved, a redirect page gets created as a placeholder, so it wasn't intended. Just check the page Megatherium for what I'm talking about. Keep the unnecessary pages, admins don't mind wasting a bit of space.
