Hi, I don't want to clash with other people concerning how to best organize and present the information in this guide. It seems like there are more people active on this page now, and I suspect we each have our biases for how we edit the guide towards how we personally play the game (Gottoni was heavily biased towards Tribal, I lean towards Crashlanded Vanilla, and I suspect Hordes is an Odyssey player).

I suggest we brainstorm a general broad way for organizing information, especially regarding the different scenarios and DLCs you can go with. I believe Sea Ice is unique in that it is disproportionately affected by scenarios/DLCs in comparison to other biomes because of how barren it is - anything added is huge. Fishing, for example, warps the Sea Ice experience immensely, in my opinion.

I am very open to more ideas, but I think it could be productive to first introduce the vanilla basics of Sea Ice, things that are common to everyone's experience regardless of Scenario or DLCs, and then have subcategories for Vanilla and each DLC in order of release. So, for example:

- Basics (Baseline characteristics of Sea Ice as a biome; Food, Mood, Temp; Progression)

- Vanilla Guide (Split into specific advice for Crashlanded, Tribal, Rich)

- Royalty DLC Guide

- Ideology DLC Guide

etc

Im eager to hear your thoughts.

I think the current version of the page is fine-ish, where the intro section is broad and mentions all the DLCs when appropriate, and the original playthrough without DLC is put after. (Of course, I'm the one who made a lot of edits to it.)

RE: Other Scenarios, the best place RN to put them would be in the other scenarios specific sections although I wouldn't be opposed to moving the section somewhere else.

RE: Seperate DLC sections: IMO while the DLCs do change the experience a lot, there isn't really enough content to justify an entire seperate guide. Royalty and Anomaly don't really add much to sea ice until you reach stability. Ideology can be explained just fine with the existing Ideoligion section, improving it if necessary. Same to Biotech's genes. This really leaves Odyssey with landmarks allowing ancient dangers and fishing.
