Efficient nutrition

Given the known values for growable crops, it seems that rice is nearly useless. Raspberries produce the most nutrition for the time spent growing them. However, corn may be the winner. It produces significantly more nutrition per plant while having only somewhat less efficiency in terms of growing time. This means that it will take up less space and require 2/3 less attention from colonists.
