i put a lot of thought in to in, my testsize is 10000. you can use electric smithy and make shiv (fast and cheap(10)) you can say make to ***** and say skill level (only 20) when you have the amount call a combat trader and when you talk to them you will see all of the shiv, each quality lvl is separate

and to get the resources make metal tile floor in godmode and remove floor in god mode to make bills you could use a mod called colony manager
