Work Speed Factor is a stat: Work speed is multiplied by this value. Its minimum allowed value is 10%. Its default value is 100%. This acts as a multiplier on the time a job takes to be completed at the work table. For example, a value of 50% would result in the job to take twice as long as if it would be done with a value of 100%.

The default value is 100%. The minimum value is 10%.
