Moisture pump
Moisture pump very slowly removes moisture from nearby terrain, converting mud, marshes or shallow water into dry ground. Does not affect deep water.
Its radius is 6.9 tiles, and takes 1 year for it to fully expand.
Mud is converted into soil, while marshes and shallow water is converted to gravel.
