The smallest size of altar.

A Small Altar is a type of furniture added by the Ideology DLC at which acts as a focus for pawns to perform and take part in rituals.

Acquisition

The Small Altar can be built with Stuff 50 Stuff (Metallic/Woody/Stony, 500 for SMVs) in 5,000 ticks (1.39 mins).

Analysis

Small Altar has the highest wealth, style dominance, and beauty per tile of all altar sizes. Small Altars have 10 style dominance/beauty per tile, when made of Wood.

It is also the only Altar option with a "light Terrain affordance", allowing it to be placed on any tile that can support a wooden wall, including a tile located on a wooden bridge.

These factors combined, makes it the best in class option in terms of efficiency of space, placement, "values" per tile and work/resources.

Small Altars have a base beauty of 10, which "should" scale with materials used (I, Aazard, am unsure of true numbers).

The ritual focus(es) should be placed in your "Shrine" role room .

Aazard: It is currently unclear if the values are "linear", on a curve to base material beauty values, but this seems the case. ie: beauty curve: marble > silver > jade > gold.
