Acquisition
Constructing a cannibal platter requires 120 Human meat and 10,000 ticks (2.78 mins) of work. They require an ideoligion with the cannibal feast ritual to be constructed.
Summary
A cannibal platter is used for the cannibal feast ritual. Once the ritual has completed, the platter is consumed.
Participants will have their saturation filled, and will have any associated thoughts from eating human meat.

From a pure gameplay perspective, there is little reason to pick the cannibal feast over another ritual that doesn't consume items.
