Shooting Accuracy is a stat: Base chance to not miss per square of shot distance. Its minimum allowed value is 1%. Its maximum allowed value is 99.8%. Its default value is 100%.

- Sight: 100% importance -- note that unlike almost all other stats, Sight impact is capped at 200% efficiency here.
