Lance may refer to one of several items using that name:
- Charge lance - a spacer tech ranged weapon used by both humans and lancer mechanoids.
- Psychic lances - utility items with two charges that inflict certain effects on psychically sensitive pawns.
- Psychic shock lance - which instantly downs the target with psychic shock, but may set their brain on fire.
- Psychic insanity lance - which instantly turns the target berserk, causing them to attack anyone nearby, friend or foe. May also set their brain on fire.
