Extracts usable steel from steel slag chunks and from weapons.
To smelt items, select the table and click on "Bills" then "Add Bill". In the bill for smelting weapons the player may click 'Config' to choose which weapons to be smelted. Ensure that at least one colonist has the crafting skill enabled.
