Template:Apparel Suppression Note
Just standardizes the spiel about what the Suppression effects provided by some apparel and the way that effect is applied..
First variable is necessary and contains the offset. Second is optional and allows a name to be specified.
Examples
When equipped, a cowboy hat reduces the pawn's base move speed by −-0.05 c/s. As offsets such as these apply before multiplicative effects such as from Moving capacity, the actual impact on move speed can be larger or smaller than this value. For example, a pawn with 125% Moving would have their speed decreased by −-0.0625 c/s, while a pawn with only 50% Moving would only have their speed decreased by −-0.025 c/s. See Move Speed for details.
When equipped, a slave body strap reduces the pawn's base move speed by −0.15 c/s. As offsets such as these apply before multiplicative effects such as from Moving capacity, the actual impact on move speed can be larger or smaller than this value. For example, a pawn with 125% Moving would have their speed decreased by −0.1875 c/s, while a pawn with only 50% Moving would only have their speed decreased by −0.075 c/s. See Move Speed for details.
When equipped, a slave collar reduces the pawn's base move speed by −+0.15 c/s.
