I have compacted plasteel near my base. If I build a containment room entirely out of doors, with only 1 compacted plasteel cell as wall at 8000 HP, will I have a containment strength of 800?

the article states naturally occurring walls are like "clamped" so i assume there is a cap for containment strength from each of the factors
Based on what I've seen in my current Rimworld playthrough, it appears that at least Shamblers and Toughspikes (probably other containable Fleshbeasts too) have a "Cold containment bonus" of about 1% per degree Fahrenheit below freezing (32°F) (e.g. Shambler contained in 16°F room has a "Cold containment bonus" of 15%).
