Just standardizes the spiel about how some animals spawn as starting pets.
First variable is optional and allows a name to be specified.
Examples[edit]
One cat can be selected as a starting pet in some scenarios if a pawn with Animals skill of 0 or higher is selected as a starting colonist. This animal will be tamed by the colony, have a random name, and have a chance to be bonded with a pawn. Which animal is selected is random, with selection chance depending on the highest available Animals skill and the petness of available options for that skill. See Starting pets for further detail.
