Just standardizes the spiel about how some animals spawn as starting pets.

First variable is optional and allows a name to be specified.

Examples[edit]

One Cat can be selected as a starting pet in some scenarios if a pawn with Animals skill of 0 or higher is selected as a starting colonist. The chance of selection depends on the highest available Animals skill and the petness of available options. See Starting pets for further detail.
