It looks like you're attempting something that's already implemented. Traits#Nudist will correctly link you to that row of the table. Or maybe I'm missing something.

I am actually creating an anchor template on User:SyntaxTerror/Sandbox to do this... xP
It is a copy of Wikipedia in French, as the English version uses a module to do the work.
Is there is already such a template on Rimworld wiki?
If not, do you think my template could be useful?

Not that I've ever seen, though I can't be 100% sure - I might be a moderator but I haven't been here forever, and I still occasionally find new things. Afaik all the anchors just use existing tags and tables to work rather than a template.

As for whether it'd be useful, that'd depend on what capabilities/useability it offers over whats already being done. The table ids are used in a few places (traits as above, but also Psycasts#Skip and a few others) and I'm not sure what else you'd add there for example.
This template is just a bit easier to use than <span id="anchor name"></span>.
In fact, even on Wikipedia it is not used much, so there is no rush to implement it here, at least until it can have more than half a dozen of places to be used.
