I can't find "Ancient mechanoid shell" in the game files and the image is now used by something called "Mechanoid detritus". I therefore suspect the "Ancient mechanoid shell" got a new name at some point. Can anyone confirm this?

In-game they are called "Mechanoid slag chunk" now. I think this page should be merged with Mechanoid slag chunk.
Is there any point in keeping this page in the Ruins project? It's clearly obsolete and its replacement the mechanoid slag chunk is just a fancy version of the steel slag chunk, not a ruin.
This ruin existed during all of 1.3 under this name.
By 1.4, it was replaced by the mechanically identical mechanoid detritus (AncientMechDetritus, according to 1.4.3542).
In 1.5.4062, the Mechanoid slag chunk was created as a replacement for both.
In my opinion, this page should be added to the obsolete category. Due to the size of the Ruins nav, it might be a good idea to remove it altogether from there.
