Some changes have to be reflected in the actual content of the page, not just copied into the relevant pages version histories. For older versions that also requires checking that the change is still valid (a version might change something and a later version might change it again, and its not always reported in the changelogs)
Please don't remove items from the to-do list unless the content has been updated as well (if necessary, some changes won't have content to update).
