The formula for leather yield is 40 * bodysize, with the following post-process curve:

There are a few exceptions that need to be defined on each page individually, specifically:
 
* [[Human]]s have a base value of 75 and a body size of 1. So they yield 75 * 1 = 75 human leather.
 
* [[Goose|Geese]] have a base value of 36 and a body size of 0.6. Considering the post-processing curve they yield 36 * 0.6 = 22 → 26 birdskin.
 
* [[Megascarab]]s, [[Megaspider]]s and [[Spelopede]] have no leather yield.
 
* [[Chicken]]s and [[duck]]s have no leather yield.
