Holds resources for use by machines like nutrient paste dispensers.

Hoppers hold resources for use by machines. They must be built next to the machine to work. Currently only nutrient paste dispensers use hoppers. While the hopper is selected, click Storage to open a window where you can set the priority and allowable resources. Hoppers with higher priority are loaded first.
