Effigy
An Effigy is a ritual focus added by the Ideology DLC. It symbolizes the shape of a human and can be burned as part of the symbol burning ritual.
Acquisition
An Effigy must be selected as a building in your Ideoligion in order to be constructed.
Analysis
Don't create a custom Ideoligion with the symbol burning ritual without adding one of the pyre, Sacrifical flag, or Effigy or the ritual will never be able to be done.
