A Sacrificial flag is a Ritual focus added by the Ideology DLC. It represents a colony's enemies and gives a focus for the symbol burning ritual.
Acquisition
A Sacrificial flag must be a building selected in your Ideoligion in order for you to have access to it.
Analysis
Don't add a symbol burning festival without giving your custom or slightly edited Ideoligion access to either the pyre, sacrificial flag, or effigy.
