Takes the Faction and the Xenotype and returns the pre-ideoligion, pre-pawnkind chance for that xenotype to occur in that xenotype.

Unless/Until we make the faction subtypes have their own pages, this is the closest we can get to keeping a central location for the data and updating them all from one place.

Variables[edit]

First variable is the faction in question, second variable is the xenotype.

Faction[edit]

The faction name. Case doesn't matter but it must be the specific name of the faction type.
