Paralytic abasia is a long-lasting disease that causes total paralysis.
It doesn't appear on its own, but rather as part of quests if you have the Royalty DLC installed.
Stages
The only stage is complete paralysis, with moving set to 10% maximum.
Progression
Every day, the disease has a 1% chance of resolving on its own.
Treatment
A complete cure is expensive, requiring 10 glitterworld medicine and a doctor with medical skill 5 or above.
Other than this, there is no treatment that can relieve symptoms or accelerate disease progression using conventional means.
Notes
The disease exists in the basegame and is fully functional, but does not appear in regular, unmodded gameplay.
