Acquisition
Electric inhibitors can be constructed once the entity containment research project has been completed. Note that this research requires dark study to unlock. Each requires 2 Components, 25 Steel, 100 ticks (1.67 secs) of work modified by the construction speed of the builder, and a construction skill of 4.
