Designate rough stone terrain to be smoothed.

This flooring does not require any materials to be constructed, but it needs to be placed on rough stone and takes a greater amount of time to be completed than artificial flooring above.
It is recommended to be used as standard flooring whenever available, as it more easily provides the pleasant environment bonus to your colonists. Perfect flooring for a "Dwarfy" colony, built into the side of a mountain.
