Psychic Sensitivity is a stat: Multiplier on the impact of psychic phenomena affecting this person. Its default value is 100%.

Acts as a scalar value for things such as Psychic Drones, Psycasts, artifacts such as Psychic shock lances and and a pawn's Psychic Entropy Limit.
