Paved tiles are of the floors that can be constructed. They are an improved form of concrete, as they do not provide a beauty debuff at double the price.
Acquisition
Constructing paved tiles requires Stonecutting to be researched. Each tile requires 2 steel.
Analysis
Paved tiles cost two times the amount of steel in return for not giving a beauty debuff. These cheap tiles can be used to tile hospitals and kitchens in the earlier game.
