Bamboo trees are trees found in tropical rainforests. Bamboo trees are the one of the fastest growing wood producing plants however the low yield of 10 wood and 22.15-day grow time makes for a relatively low wood per tile per day ratio and one of the worst wood per work ratios. These factors make bamboo a poor choice for wood production in almost all scenarios.
Growing[edit]
Ground Type | Gravel | Soil | Rich Soil | Hydroponics |
---|---|---|---|---|
Fertility (%) | 70 | 100 | 140 | 280 |
Real Grow Time (days)[1] | 26.06 | 22.15 | 18.46 | N/A |
Base Yield/day[2] | 0.38 | 0.45 | 0.54 | N/A |
- ↑ Actual days to grow, taking into account rest time.
- ↑ Per plant, assuming Crop Yield Multiplier of 1.0.
