It requires 2.5 nutrition from non-meat animal products (50 milk or 10 eggs) or vegetables (50 non-Hay vegetarian products) to create. A colonist with cooking skill of at least 8 is required to create this meal. When eaten it causes the Ate lavish meal thought with a 12 mood bonus. All lavish meals provides 1.0 nutrition.
Producing a vegetarian lavish meal requires 2.5 nutrition in ingredients, but produces 1.0 nutrition in results. This is a worse ratio of nutrition to material than standard lavish meals so those should be made instead if possible.
