Emu eggs are a type of egg laid by female emus.
Only fertilized emu eggs are laid, so all emu eggs are displayed "Emu egg (fert.)". Fertilized eggs are edible to colonists and ovivorous animals. Will not hatch if exposed to low temperatures for a long period of time.
