Files without an image category
With a template with something like: {{#show: {{{1|}}} |?Category }} we could filter out paged or files that don't have a certain set of categories.
Files without a license template
The query sorts by license, meaning that files without one are listed first. If the first listed file has a license template, there are no files without a license template.
